Free Choice Binder

      

      It has been so long since my last post!  Life has been crazy!  Any who; I just wanted to share this little project that I've been working on for this school year.  It's a Free Choice Binder! 

      I made the binder last month so I've had time to live in it for a while.  I find it to be a great resource.  Here are the details.  So you see the finished product above.  Well this is what it looks like when you open it up:

      The choice board below is the key to the whole thing!  It is designed to get kids speaking!  The goal is to use the board to get them to make a choice.  Once they make a choice have them state their choice in a complete sentence (as best they can).  Even if the child is only able to point; this is a form of communication but if you see where they can do more then encourage them to do so.  

      Once the student has made their best attempt at making a choice by pointing and/or repeating the sentence; then reward them with the toy!
