I am just popping in to share with you some of the fun activities that I have planned for this week in community. I am still following the picture schedule that I've shared in previous posts. We're reading Love Monster by Rachel Bright which is a cute little story about a lonely monster who finally found love. We follow up with a monster themed color matching file folder game. We're also going to practice letter to initial sounds matching with a monster love letter themed ELA center. For our numbers activity we will practice counting out up to 20 objects using Valentine Monster 10 frames and Valentine Monster erasers. Finally, we will use bingo markers to paint a Valentine Monster coloring page which is included in this lesson plan for FREE. Here are photos.
