We've been having a great time this week. One of my favorite lessons is Cookies for Santa. My students respond so well to it that we pretty much use it every day! Here are photos:
In a small group I have the students take turns putting the cookies in Santa's mouth as we read the story. We all love it. We're building our stamina to sit and listen to a story, we're practicing our colors/color words, and we're taking turns! There's more in this download.
